A day of fun at the playground is harmless right?
Well not if you are a cell in Leon’s knee!

Holly, the young skin cell, tries to hold it together and keep her crazy human protected, while germs are invading, baby blood cells are getting lost and a huge war erupts around her. 

In the meantime, Leon and his family go on a crazy ride to the hospital where baffled caterpillar doctors and bee nurses scramble to find the source of his excruciating pain.
